PORTVS is a registered trademark of TMB - Indústria e Comércio de Ourivesaria, Unipessoal, Lda. (TMB), which operates the website www.portvs.pt, as well as the platform associated with it for access to the reserved area. The Site and Platform User acknowledges that by using them, they accept these Terms of Use.

TMB reserves the right to change, add, update or partially or totally eliminate these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect. The User should consult periodically the page of these Terms of Use, checking if any updates or modifications have occurred. The current versions will always be accompanied by the respective date of approval and implementation.

TMB has the exclusive right to partially or totally suspend at any time access to the site, in particular regarding to management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernization operations. If TMB decides, they can also terminate, permanently or temporarily, partially or totally, at any time, the sites or any of the services, without prior notice. PORTVS communications and access to the platform are reserved for commercial entities.
